When we first looked at buying here, I asked how often the train ran. I was told twice a day. I could live with that. After we moved in we found it ran almost every 2 hours. The noise and vibration is greatest when they double stack the cars. This puts more weight on the tracks causing greater vibration. The fence is not high enough when the cars are double stacked. They should raise the Earthen embankment higher or put concrete walls on top of it. The wooden fence is not a sound barrier in any way. the only thing it does it block the view and maybe some wind. Summer Hill homes is not the only culprit here…We bought from Lincolnberg. I will not buy from them again. I consider ourselves to have been suckered into buying here.
